The production unit in Brebières (North of France) is equipped with a food application laboratory used to develop customized products according to our clients requirements Copiaa proposes over 600 standardized recipes for an optimized respons time.
Copiaa’s production capacity is approximately 5 000 tons per year. It is equipped with high-peformance equipments and a packing unit ranging from the bucket to the big-bag.
Efficient traceability procedures With its ISO 9001 certification, 2008 version, COPIAA guarantees the quality and the food products security of each step of the production. Copiaa also follows a HAACP procedure.
